Job summary

Eventide Heartland Care Center in Devils Lake, ND is seeking an RN for a part-time day shift (6am-6:30pm) with a 12-hour schedule and every other weekend/holiday rotation. Compensation includes a $2/hour weekend shift differential, plus a full benefits package.

The RN provides and ensures high-quality nursing care in accordance with standards, policies, and procedures, while supporting residents and families through care plans and documentation.

Qualifications

• Active North Dakota RN license or able to obtain upon hire.
• Experience in Long Term Care preferred, but not required.
• Flexibility for part‑time day shifts and weekend rotation.

Responsibilities

• Assesses residents’ health status through physical assessments and interviews.
• Provides direct nursing care and administers medications and treatments.
• Observes residents’ plans of care and updates them as needed.
• Maintains accurate documentation in the electronic medical record.
• Coordinates and participates in resident care conferences and communicates with families.
• Ensures adequate staffing and compliance with regulatory standards.
