Job summary

Eventide Lake Country Manor in Devils Lake, ND, is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for full-time Day shift, 7a-3p, 40 hours per week. Position includes every other weekend and holiday rotation, with a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits.

Responsibilities include administering medications, assessing residents, and maintaining documentation in the EMR while adhering to all regulations and Eventide policies.

Qualifications

• Must have an active ND LPN license or be able to obtain upon hire.
• Experience in Long Term Care preferred, but not required.
• Must be accountable to manage electronic timecard on a daily basis.

Responsibilities

• Administers medications and treatments.
• Provides direct nursing care to residents according to standards.
• Updates resident care plans and coordinates with care team.
• Ensures documentation in the electronic medical record per policies.
