Job summary

Eventide Heartland Care Center is seeking an LPN to work part-time day shifts (6am-6:30pm) on 12-hour rotations, with every other weekend and holiday rotation.

Qualifications

• Active ND LPN license or ability to obtain upon hire.
• Experience in Long Term Care preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assesses residents’ needs and health status through assessments, observations, and interviews.
• Administers medications and treatments and monitors effectiveness.
• Maintains accurate documentation in the resident's EMR.
• Coordinates and participates in resident care conferences and communicates with families.
