Job summary

Eventide Heartland is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for part-time overnight shifts (6pm–6:30am) at Heartland Care Center in Devils Lake, ND. The position involves 12-hour shifts with every other weekend and holiday rotations. A ND RN license is required or must be obtainable upon hire; LTC experience is preferred but not required.

A base hourly rate plus overnight and weekend differentials applies. Responsibilities include administering medications, updating care plans, documenting in the EMR,

Qualifications

• Active North Dakota RN license or ability to obtain on hire.
• Experience in long-term care preferred.
• Proficient in resident assessment and care planning.
• Ability to document in electronic medical records.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care per plans of care.
• Administer medications and treatments; monitor effectiveness.
• Observe and update care plans with physician orders.
• Ensure adequate staffing and mentor staff.
• Document accurately in EMR.
• Coordinate with families and healthcare team.
• Report incidents per policy.
• Attend training and participate in care conferences.
