Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with applicable standards and regulations.
• Comply with facility policies, report abuse/neglect immediately to the supervisor.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident and family information.
• Assist in admissions, discharges, daily hygiene, and mobility.
• Perform nursing procedures (catheterization, dressings, specimen collection) as required.
• Complete charting and documentation and report changes to the Charge Nurse.
