Midwest Health, Inc. in Lawrence, KS is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with applicable standards and regulations.

You will follow RCC Services or Nurse Supervisor directions, document care appropriately, assist with admissions, discharges, hygiene, and mobility, and participate in care planning. The role requires a valid LPN license, basic computer skills, and flexibility to work shifts including evenings or weekends as needed.

Formación

• Must hold an active LPN license in good standing.
• Basic computer literacy required.
• Proficiency in English (reading/writing/speaking).
• Ability to work beyond normal hours as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct nursing care per federal, state, and local standards.
• Maintain resident confidentiality and dignity.
• Assist in admission and discharge of residents.
• Administer procedures such as catheterization, dressings, and wound care.
• Perform routine vital signs and document findings.
• Complete medical forms, charting, and documentation.
• Report changes to the Charge Nurse and Nurse Supervisor.
