Villa At Great Lakes Crossing is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join their team, providing licensed care to residents under physician orders and in accordance with applicable standards.

The LPN will collect vitals, administer medications, document care, supervise nursing assistants, and participate in care planning within a long-term care setting. Current CPR certification and an active LPN license in Michigan are required; 1 year of experience and LTC background preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Current CPR Certification required.
• Possess a current license to practice in the State as an LPN.
• 1 year of experience preferred.
• Long-Term care experience preferred.

Aufgaben

• Provides licensed care to residents as ordered by physician and in accordance with standards.
• Provides and receives nursing reports at shift changes.
• Maintains clean and sanitary work areas and treatment spaces.
• Supervises day-to-day CNA services on the unit.
• Performs resident assessments/observations and reviews care plans.
