Job summary

Villa At the Park in Michigan is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our care team. The LPN collaborates with physicians, reports shifts, administers medications, monitors vitals, and ensures a clean, safe resident environment.

Requirements include current CPR, an active LPN license in Michigan, and a minimum of one year experience (long-term care preferred). We offer daily pay, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Current CPR certification required.
• Possess a current state license to practice as an LPN.
• 1 year of experience preferred.
• Long-Term care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide licensed nursing care to residents as ordered by physician and in accordance with standards and regulations.
• Report and receive nursing reports at shift changes.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary work area and resident rooms.
• Supervise day-to-day certified nursing assistant services.
• Perform resident assessments and review care plans for appropriate care.
• Take vital signs, administer medications and IV therapy as ordered within license.
• Document physician orders in resident charts and MAR.
• Complete required admission, transfer, and discharge forms.
• Ensure safety and address hazards in resident environment.
• Provide shift reports and recommendations for care plan changes.
