Job summary

Harrington Park Health & Rehab in Georgia is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to join our mission-driven team. You will deliver high-quality clinical care, collaborate with RNs and CNAs, and support residents and families with compassionate service.

This full-time LPN role offers shift differentials for evenings, nights and weekends, with starting pay from $26.25 to $29.50 per hour and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license (Georgia or eligible).
• Commitment to high-quality patient care and safety.
• Ability to work with RNs, CNAs and the care team.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor residents and report changes to the care team.
• Provide direct nursing care per care plans.
• Supervise and support CNAs in delivering care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Ensure compliance with clinical policies and standards.

Your Impact as an LPN

As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you play a critical role in delivering high-quality clinical care and ensuring the well-being of our patients. You will work closely with RNs, CNAs, and the interdisciplinary team to provide compassionate, person-centered care.

Key Responsibilities:

What You Bring
