Job summary

Heritage Oaks is seeking an LPN for full-time night shifts in a mission-driven, non-profit setting. You will work with RNs, CNAs and the care team to deliver compassionate, patient-centered care in a high-quality clinical environment.

You’ll administer medications, monitor residents, document precisely, and support CNAs to ensure excellent care. Georgia-licensed or eligible candidates are invited to apply for this rewarding role.

Qualifications

• Active Georgia LPN license or eligible
• Strong clinical judgment and teamwork
• Excellent communication skills
• Reliable with commitment to excellence
• Experience in long-term care preferred

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
