Job summary

Orchard Health in Georgia is seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our nonprofit, mission-driven team. You will work with RNs, CNAs, and other staff to deliver compassionate, patient-centered care to residents in our community.

The role emphasizes safety, regulatory compliance, and collaboration. Night shift starting pay ranges from $26.25 to $29.50 per hour, with weekly pay and a robust benefits package designed to support staff well-being.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor residents’ conditions and report changes to the care team.

• Supervise and support CNAs in delivering quality care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Ensure compliance with all clinical policies and regulatory standards.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members.

Your Impact as an LPN

As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you play a critical role in delivering high-quality clinical care and ensuring the well-being of our patients. You will work closely with RNs, CNAs, and the interdisciplinary team to provide compassionate, person-centered care.
