Harrington Park Health & Rehab in Georgia is seeking an experienced LPN to join our compassionate care team. You will administer medications, monitor residents, and work closely with RNs and CNAs to deliver person-centered care in a supportive, mission-driven environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Ensure compliance with all clinical policies and regulatory standards.

Your Impact as an LPN

As an LPN, you play a critical role in delivering high‑quality clinical care and ensuring the well‑being of our patients. You will work closely with RNs, CNAs, and the interdisciplinary team to provide compassionate, person‑centered care.
