Job summary

Gordon Health & Rehab is seeking a dedicated LPN for full-time night shifts in Georgia. You will deliver high-quality clinical care, work with RNs and CNAs, and support care plans to ensure residents’ well-being.

Starting pay ranges $30.40–$33.57 per hour, with shift differentials evenings, nights and weekends. We offer competitive wages, comprehensive benefits, paid time off, holidays, 401(k) with match and opportunities for career growth.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license (GA or eligible).
• Strong patient-care and communication skills.
• Ability to work with interdisciplinary team in long-term care.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor residents and report changes to care team.
• Provide direct nursing care according to care plans.
• Supervise and support CNAs in delivering care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Ensure compliance with clinical policies and regulations.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families and team.

Your Impact as an LPN

As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you play a critical role in delivering high-quality clinical care and ensuring the well-being of our patients. You will work closely with RNs, CNAs, and the interdisciplinary team to provide compassionate, person-centered care.

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide direct nursing care in accordance with care plans
• Supervise and support CNAs in delivering quality care
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Ensure compliance with all clinical policies and regulatory standards

What You Bring

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license (State of Georgia or eligible)
