Job summary

CHSGa in Georgia is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a full-time, on-site role. You will deliver compassionate nursing care, administer medications, and collaborate with RNs and CNAs to support residents' well-being.

Qualifications

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license (State of Georgia or eligible).
• Strong clinical judgment and communication abilities.
• Prior long-term care experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor residents' conditions and report changes to the care team.
• Provide direct nursing care in accordance with care plans.
• Supervise and support CNAs in delivering quality care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Ensure compliance with all clinical policies and regulatory standards.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members.

Your Impact as an LPN

As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you play a critical role in delivering high-quality clinical care and ensuring the well‑being of our patients. You will work closely with RNs, CNAs, and the interdisciplinary team to provide compassionate, person‑centered care.
