Job summary

Gordon Health & Rehab is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for night shifts. The role focuses on delivering high-quality, compassionate care and coordinating with RNs, CNAs, and the care team to support residents in a non-profit, mission-driven setting.

You will administer medications, monitor conditions, and ensure care plans are followed, while contributing to a supportive, team-based environment with strong leadership and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in Georgia or eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.

Your Impact as an LPN

As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you play a critical role in delivering high-quality clinical care and ensuring the well-being of our patients. You will work closely with RNs, CNAs, and the interdisciplinary team to provide compassionate, person-centered care.
