Job summary

Wynfield Park Health & Rehab in Georgia is looking for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our night shift team on a full-time basis. You will administer medications, monitor residents, and deliver compassionate, patient-centered care.

You will work with RNs and other staff to uphold care plans, supervise CNAs, and ensure accurate documentation while benefiting from comprehensive benefits and a supportive leadership culture. This is a nonprofit, mission-driven organization.

Qualifications

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Georgia or eligibility.
• Strong clinical judgment and ability to deliver quality patient care.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Reliable with attention to detail and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor residents and report changes to the care team.
• Provide direct nursing care according to care plans.
• Supervise and support CNAs in care delivery.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Ensure compliance with clinical policies and regulatory standards.

Your Impact as an LPN

As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you play a critical role in delivering high-quality clinical care and ensuring the well‑being of our patients. You will work closely with RNs, CNAs, and the interdisciplinary team to provide compassionate, person-centered care.
