Eagle Ridge Post Acute is hiring full-time LPNs to join our skilled nursing team. Open shifts include 6am-6pm and 6pm-6am with PRN options, in a Colorado-based facility. Earn $28-$38 per hour and a up-to $5,000 bonus paid over 18 months, depending on experience.
CPR is required, and applicants must have an unencumbered LPN license in Colorado. We offer competitive pay, full-time benefits (Vision & Dental), 401k with match, PTO, sick leave, and ongoing training.
