Job summary

Eagle Ridge Post Acute is hiring full-time CNAs to provide direct care to residents under the supervision of licensed nurses. Open shifts include 6am-6pm and 6pm-6am on Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays with a $2,000 bonus.

Rate ranges from $18 to $25 per hour. Full-time benefits include health care, 401k with match, PTO, and sick leave. Qualified candidates must hold a Colorado CNA license and CPR certification and must pass background checks.

Qualifications

• Active CNA license in Colorado.
• CPR certification required.
• Ability to pass Colorado CAPS background check.
• Experience in LTC/SNF is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to residents under supervision of licensed nurses.
• Assist licensed nurses with daily activities and routine tasks.
• Observe and report changes in residents to the nursing team.
• Maintain resident safety, privacy, and dignity at all times.

Successful Candidates:

• Current, unencumbered, active license to practice as a CNA in Colorado CPR certification
• Ability to pass a criminal background check as well as Colorado CAPS background check
