Lakeside Post Acute is hiring Full-Time NOC Registered Nurses to provide RN nursing services in a skilled nursing unit; duties include supervising nurse assistants, medication passes, and treatments while ensuring high-quality patient care. Open positions include: Full-Time 6:30pm-6:30am Wed-Sun; Part-Time 6:30pm-6:30am Mon & Wed; Part-Time 6:30am-6:30pm Fri & Sat.

• Full- Time 6:30pm-6:30am Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday
• Part-Time 6:30pm-6:30am Monday and Wednesday
• Part-Time 6:30am-6:30pm Friday and Saturday

Successful Candidates

• Current, unencumbered license to practice as a RN in Colorado
• Current CPR certification
• Ability to pass a criminal background check as well as Colorado CAPS background check
• Experience in LTC/SNF preferred

Rate Range

Rate Range: $40-$50 $1500 Bonus for Full Time only!! Pay out at 3 months ($250); 6 months ($500) and 12 months $750.
