Job summary

Eagle Ridge Post Acute is hiring weekend LPNs for part-time 12-hour shifts (6am-6pm and 6pm-6am on Saturdays and Sundays). Earn a competitive hourly rate and benefits package while providing compassionate nursing care in a skilled nursing setting.

Qualified applicants hold an active LPN license in Colorado and CPR certification. Prior LTC/SNF experience is a plus, and background checks including CAPS are required. Join a supportive team focused on resident well-being and professional growth.

Responsibilities

• Provide LVN/LPN nursing services in a skilled nursing unit or facility; may include supervision of nurse assistants, medication passes and treatments.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed; monitor resident status and report changes.
• Collaborate with residents, families, and staff to ensure high-quality care.

Successful Candidates:
