Job summary

Eagle Ridge Post Acute in Colorado is hiring LPNs for full-time, 12-hour shifts (6am–6pm and 6pm–6am). You will provide LVN/LPN nursing services in a skilled nursing unit and may supervise nurse assistants, administering medications and treatments.

We offer a $5,000 sign-on bonus for full-time staff, paid over 18 months, plus benefits including healthcare (vision & dental), 401k with match, PTO and sick leave, and ongoing training and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered LPN license in Colorado.
• CPR certification.
• Ability to pass Colorado CAPS background check and a criminal background check.
• SNF/LTC experience a plus.

Successful Candidates:

Rate Range: $28-$38
