Eagle Ridge Post Acute is hiring full-time LPNs! A $5,000 bonus is offered for full-time staff. Shifts include 6am–6pm and 6pm–6am, with competitive pay and benefits.

Provide LVN/LPN nursing services in a skilled nursing unit or facility; may include supervision of nurse assistants, medication passes and treatments. We are committed to excellence and a supportive team environment with ongoing training opportunities.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered LPN license to practice in Colorado.
• CPR certification.
• Ability to pass Colorado CAPS background check.

Successful Candidates

• Current, unencumbered license to practice as an LPN in Colorado
• CPR certification
• Ability to pass a criminal background check as well as Colorado CAPS background check

Rate Range: $28-$38 Up to $5,000 Bonus paid over 18 months Depending on Experience, bonus for full-time employees only
