Boulder Post Acute in Boulder, CO is hiring Full-Time LPNs with a $1K bonus for full-time staff. Open shifts include 6am-6pm and 6pm-6am, with PRN options across 8- and 12-hour shifts.

You will provide LVN/LPN nursing care in a skilled unit, potentially supervise aides, handle medication passes and treatments, and contribute to a compassionate, growth-oriented culture.

Formación

• Current, unencumbered license to practice as an LPN in Colorado.
• Current CPR certification.
• Ability to pass a Colorado CAPS background check.

Rate Range:

Rate Range: $35-$44 ***$1K Bonus paid out over 6 months!!**
