• Patient assessments; coordination of care
• Reports any changes in the client condition to Clinical Manager and physician
• Health promotion, teaching, and training of family members

Immediate Shift Opening: Monday through Friday, flexible hours. Trach/vent

Rate: $28-$32 per hour
