Job summary

Traditional Home Pediatric/Adult Skilled Division is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide in-home nursing care in Hazle Township, PA. The role offers a weekday schedule (Mon-Fri, 9:00pm-6:00am) with hourly pay in the $28–$32 range and benefits.

Qualifications

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with valid license.

Responsibilities

• Reports any changes in the client condition to Clinical Manager and physician
