Traditional Home Health Care – Pediatric/Adult Skilled is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team in Scranton, PA and surrounding areas. We offer weekday and weekend shifts, full-time and part-time schedules, with a pay rate of $27-$32 per hour.

Qualifications

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with pediatric and adult skilled care experience.

Responsibilities

• One to One patient care in home/school environment
• Implement and document the plan of care to ensure quality and continuity of care for patient
• Administration of prescribed medication, treatments and therapies
• Patient assessments; coordination of care
• Reports any changes in the client condition to Clinical Manager and physician
• Health promotion, teaching, and training of family members

Service Location: Scranton, Pa; and surrounding areas
Shift: Weekday and weekend shifts, full-time and part-time schedules available!
Rate: $27-$32 per hour

Immediate Need:

Scranton, PA:
* Weekends 7am to 7:30pm Weekends
* Weekend Day Shift 8am to 4pm

Factoryville, PA: 12-16 hours/night shift. Vents/g-tube. There is a dog in the home

Dalton, PA: Monday through Sunday day/evening - nursing skills
