Job summary

Traditional Home Health Care in Mount Pocono, PA seeks a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for in-home pediatric and adult care. Flexible weekday, weekend, full-time and part-time shifts available. Competitive pay, weekly payroll with direct deposit, and benefits for eligible staff.

Qualifications

• Current LPN license in PA.

Responsibilities

• One-to-one patient care in home/school environment.
• Implement and document the plan of care to ensure quality and continuity of care for patient.
• Administration of prescribed medication, treatments and therapies.
• Patient assessments; coordination of care.
• Reports any changes in client condition to Clinical Manager and physician.
• Health promotion, teaching, and training of family members.

Shift:Weekday and weekend shifts, full-time and part-time schedules available!
Rate:$28-$32 per hour
Immediate Need:Mount Pocono, PA: Monday - Friday 8:00am-4:00pm G-tube experience needed
Cresco, PA:Saturday & Sunday 7am-3pm / Monday - Friday overnight shifts available, large breed dog in the home
Tobyhanna, PA: Monday - Friday 8am-8pm & Saturday & Sunday 9am-6pm
