Piedmont Post Acute in Piedmont, SC, is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join a close-knit team in a peaceful environment where residents and staff are valued. You will provide direct nursing care, administer medications, and support residents’ health alongside an interdisciplinary care team.

Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered South Carolina LPN license.

Position Summary

As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will provide direct nursing care, administer medications, and support residents’ overall health and well-being while working closely with the interdisciplinary care team.

Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered LPN license in South Carolina (required)
• Current CPR certification required
• Must maintain all required continuing education and remain in good standing with the State Board of Nursing
• Experience with PointClickCare (PCC) preferred
• Strong communication, teamwork, and clinical skills
• Compassion for an underserved population
