Job summary

Piedmont Post Acute, an 88-bed skilled nursing facility in Piedmont, South Carolina, is seeking a PRN Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for the 7p-7a shift. Join a small, family-like environment that values teamwork and resident-focused care.

You will provide direct nursing care on an as-needed basis, support residents’ health and safety, and collaborate with a caring care team to deliver quality outcomes. CPR certification and SC LPN licensure are required.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in South Carolina.
• Current CPR certification.
• Must maintain continuing education and stay in good standing with the State Board of Nursing.
• Experience with PointClickCare (PCC) preferred.
• Strong clinical and communication skills.
• Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct patient care in accordance with individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor and report changes in resident conditions.
• Supervise and support CNAs to maintain quality care.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Promote a safe, clean, and compassionate environment.

Position Summary
