Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered RN license in South Carolina.
• Current CPR certification required.
• Must maintain continuing education and stay in good standing with SC Board of Nursing.
• Experience with PointClickCare (PCC) preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and clinical skills.
• Passion for providing compassionate, resident-focused care.

Responsibilities

• Provide and supervise direct patient care.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor residents' conditions and communicate changes to physicians and care team.
• Lead and support CNAs and LPNs to ensure quality care delivery.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and facility standards.
• Promote a safe, clean, and resident-centered environment.

Position Summary
