Cherrydale Post Acute in Greenville, SC is seeking a licensed practical nurse (LPN) to provide direct nursing care, administer medications, and support residents' health as part of an interdisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered LPN license in South Carolina is required.
• Current CPR certification required.
• Continue education and good standing with the SC State Board of Nursing.
• Experience with PointClickCare (PCC) preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Compassion for an underserved population.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care per care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor resident conditions and report changes to the clinical team.
• Support and supervise CNAs to ensure quality care.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Promote a safe, clean, and compassionate environment.

Position Summary
