Job summary

Truist is seeking a Director of Loyalty and Rewards Technology and Digital Execution in Charlotte, NC to translate business strategy into digital delivery across channels. You will own end‑to‑end loyalty capabilities, partner with Product, Design, Engineering, Data, Operations, and Digital Servicing, and lead cross‑functional teams through launch readiness and post‑launch support.

Qualifications

• Translate loyalty and rewards strategy into clear, prioritized requirements for delivery.
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate delivery through cross-functional technology teams and vendors.
• Proven experience leading end-to-end delivery readiness, including requirements, testing/UAT, release planning and post-launch stabilization.

Responsibilities

• Translate loyalty and rewards strategy, client journeys, and business needs into clear, prioritized functional and technical requirements that enable effective delivery.
• Serve as the primary business contact for Technology teams delivering Loyalty and Rewards capabilities, including ownership of the day‑to‑day relationship with Zafin.
• Own the end‑to‑end digital client experience for loyalty and rewards, ensuring experiences are intuitive, consistent, and aligned with program intent across digital channels.
• Partner closely with Product, Design, Engineering, Data, Operations, and Digital Servicing teams to drive aligned execution and resolve delivery dependencies.
• Lead delivery execution within established governance and delivery frameworks, ensuring backlogs are prioritized, teams are unblocked, and milestones are met.
• Drive end‑to‑end launch readiness for loyalty and rewards initiatives, including operational readiness, digital servicing readiness, testing validation, and go‑live decisioning.
• Coordinate UAT, business validation, and post‑launch hypercare to ensure releases meet quality standards and issues are resolved quickly.
• Ensure Operations, Digital Servicing, and Technology teams are aligned on process impacts, servicing workflows, controls, and escalation paths.
• Provide clear, concise status reporting on delivery progress, risks, issues, and decisions to business and functional leadership.
