Job summary

Truist seeks a seasoned Loyalty and Rewards Director to design and optimize a dynamic portfolio of lifestyle rewards and third-party offers. You will shepherd strategy, governance, and execution across internal teams and external partners to deliver compelling, compliant experiences.

Lead cross-functional initiatives with Risk, Operations, Digital, and Wealth teams; manage budgets, drive adoption, and shape programs that balance client value with economics across channels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, finance, or related field.
• 10+ years of partner management, rewards, or product roles in financial services.
• Experience with third-party partners, vendor performance, and contracts.
• Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives across Risk, Ops, Digital, Tech, and Product.
• Strong analytical skills to translate performance data into improvements.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and execution.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Willingness to travel occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary relationship owner for multiple third‑party lifestyle and rewards partners.
• Lead vendor governance, including RFP inputs, contracts, performance reviews.
• Own the dynamic rewards portfolio and exclusive Truist offers.
• Collaborate with Risk, Operations, Digital, Technology, and Wealth teams.
• Monitor client adoption, engagement, and sentiment to identify optimization.
• Manage the Lifestyle Benefits budget and forecast expenses.
