Job summary

Truist is seeking a Loyalty and Rewards Director to design and oversee a portfolio of dynamic, experiential rewards and partnerships. You will own the end-to-end partner ecosystem from strategy through execution, ensuring offerings are compelling and compliant.

Lead cross-functional teams across Risk, Operations, Digital, Technology and Product; manage vendor governance, negotiate contracts, monitor performance, and optimize client engagement; collaborate with partners like the Truist

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 10+ years in partner management, rewards, or marketing within financial services.
• Proven experience with third-party partners, vendor performance, and contracts.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional initiatives with Risk, Operations, Digital, Technology, and Product teams.
• Strong analytical skills to translate performance data into actions.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Willingness to travel occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Own relationships with multiple lifestyle and rewards partners.
• Lead vendor governance, including RFPs, contracts, and performance reviews.
• Manage dynamic rewards portfolio and partner offers, campaigns, and calendar.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exclusive offers and experiences.
• Define and execute rewards anniversary bonus strategy.
• Monitor adoption, engagement, and program performance, and optimize outcomes.
• Balance client value with program economics and risk management.
