Job summary

Truist Financial Corporation seeks a Director of Loyalty and Rewards Technology and Digital Execution to translate strategy into digital execution, partnering with Technology and external vendors to deliver launch-ready capabilities.

The role leads cross-functional delivery with teams in Operations, Digital Servicing, and Technology to ensure intuitive, end-to-end client experiences across channels and robust post-launch support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, or related field or equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
• Ten years of experience in digital delivery or technology program leadership in a complex environment.
• Ability to translate business strategy into technical requirements and coordinate delivery via cross-functional teams and vendors.
• Experience leading end-to-end delivery readiness, including release planning and post-launch stabilization.
• Strong communication and leadership skills; ability to align cross-functional partners to a shared plan.

Responsibilities

• Translate loyalty and rewards strategy into clear functional and technical requirements.
• Own end-to-end digital client experience for loyalty and rewards across channels.
• Lead delivery execution within governance frameworks and ensure milestones are met.
• Coordinate UAT, validation, and go-live decisioning; manage risks and issues.
