Job summary

Truist is seeking a Loyalty and Rewards Director of Program Integrity and Risk Execution in Charlotte, NC. This role leads the development and maintenance of a robust control framework across design, build, launch, and operations for the Relationship Rewards program.

The leader acts as the primary liaison with LRC, Fair Lending, Digital, and Technology partners, ensuring risk identification, mitigation, and compliant execution throughout the program lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in business or related field.
• 10+ years in risk management, compliance, controls, or financial services operations.
• Experience designing and monitoring controls within product or program environments.
• Understanding of enterprise risk frameworks and Fair Lending requirements.
• Ability to translate control requirements into operational and technical actions.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain a control framework for the Relationship Rewards program.
• Serve as liaison between Loyalty and Rewards, LRC, Fair Lending, Digital, and Tech teams.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks across the program lifecycle.
• Embed controls into requirements, systems, and processes with traceability.
• Translate requirements into actionable specs for tech and product teams.
• Monitor build and validate control implementation and effectiveness.
• Lead control validation during testing, readiness reviews, and launches.
• Establish governance and reporting on control performance and remediation.
• Coordinate readiness and ongoing assessments for operational preparedness.
• Collaborate with Product, Analytics, and Change Delivery to integrate controls.
