Job summary

Encore Boston Harbor in Everett, MA seeks an Encore Boston Harbor Representative – Wynn Rewards to enroll guests in Wynn Rewards through on‑property events and engagements. You will maintain Encore Standards and deliver an exceptional guest and team member experience.

Responsibilities include supporting the Red Card loyalty program, creating and maintaining accounts, promoting promotions and events, and assisting with department initiatives while prioritizing safety and guest service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Hospitality, Casino or Loyalty Program experience preferred.
• Strong computer skills required.
• Minimum 40 words per minute typing skills required.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office preferred.

Responsibilities

• Enroll guests in Wynn Rewards through on‑property activities and events.
• Maintain Encore Standards and ensure a high level of guest and team member experience.
• Create and maintain Red Card accounts and explain promotions.
• Assist with promotions and events and support department initiatives as needed.
• Prioritize safety and deliver excellent customer service.
