Wynn Las Vegas is seeking an Encore Boston Harbor Representative responsible for enrolling new members in the loyalty program and assisting patrons on the casino floor. The role requires excellent customer service skills and adherence to gaming regulations.

Successful candidates will be 21+, possess a high school diploma or equivalent, and have experience in hospitality or casino settings. Strong computer skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment are essential.

Qualifications

• 21 years of age or above; registration with Massachusetts Gaming Commission needed.
• Outstanding attention to detail and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to compute basic mathematical calculations.
