Responsibilities

• Develop expert knowledge of PAR Punchh and PAR Games, understanding interaction between features and impactful configuration.
• Build and launch client marketing campaigns on both platforms, configuring rewards, segments, and rules.
• Perform QA on own and peers’ deliverables.
• Confirm campaign requirements and segment specs with clients and secure approvals before launch.
• Coordinate with third-party partners when campaigns extend beyond platforms.
• Monitor campaigns at launch and beyond; troubleshoot and document root causes.
