Job summary

Technibus, Inc. is seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to develop, deliver, and maintain low-voltage training programs for IES teams, elevating craftsmanship and technical proficiency. The role includes on-site support, field inspections, and driving continuous improvement across low-voltage scopes.

The QAS will lead site-specific quality plans, conduct field walks, and coordinate with operations leadership to ensure adherence to project specs and customer expectations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years of training experience or related role.
• Prefer five (5) years of leadership or quality experience in telecom/electrical/related construction field.
• BICSI certified trainer preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project).
• Ability to use basic hand tools and read project documents.

Responsibilities

• Develop, deliver, and reinforce trade-related instruction through classroom training and hands-on field coaching.
• Lead the development of site-specific Quality Plans and Site Startup processes.
• Support First-of-Kind (FOK) installations and obtain customer approval.
• Manage scheduling, tracking, inspections, and quality checklists input into platforms.
• Conduct daily field walks to identify quality issues and verify conformance.
