Job summary

IES is seeking a Low Voltage Project Manager to oversee assigned projects, ensuring safety, quality, and financial performance. You’ll lead staffing, materials, and customer delivery to meet company goals and customer expectations.

Responsibilities include partnering with engineering to set standards, recruiting technicians, monitoring regional performance, and guiding project scope from bidding to turnover. Travel within territories is required.

Qualifications

• Must possess at least a High School diploma or GED equivalency; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Must have experience in customer interface with the company.
• Minimum of five (5) years of supervisory or managerial experience.
• Minimum of five (5) years in telecommunications or related field.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and MS Project).
• Must meet Company driving standards.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects simultaneously.
• Ability to define project scope and manage to completion.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement network operations policies, procedures and standards.
• Recruit, onboard, train and mentor Network Operations Technicians.
• Monitor regional network operations performance through audits and site inspections.
• Capture lessons learned to strengthen the network operations program.
• Act as customer advocate, ensuring regional projects meet or exceed client expectations.
• Manage workload distribution and monitor delivery and installation progress.
• Plan for, manage, monitor and maintain project profitability to meet company goals.
• Review job cost postings and prepare invoices and financial reporting.
