Job summary

IES Communications is seeking a capable Low Voltage Project Manager to oversee assigned projects from planning through execution. You will ensure adherence to safety, quality, and financial performance standards while coordinating staffing, materials, and customer communications.

The role requires proven supervisory experience and the ability to read project documents and blueprints, with strong Microsoft Office skills and a drive to improve processes and profitability across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Must possess at least a High School diploma or GED equivalency; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Minimum of five (5) years of supervisory or managerial experience.
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in telecommunications or related technical or construction field.
• Must be proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and MS Project).
• Must meet Company minimum driving standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage workload distribution and monitor customer delivery and job installation progress.
• Plan for, manage, monitor and maintain project profitability to achieve Company goals.
• Review all job cost postings for accuracy and completeness, including invoicing and collections.
• Prepare invoices and periodic financial reporting to customer and management.
• Manage quality and safety issues on customer work.
