Job summary

LINX is hiring a Low Voltage Foreman to lead crews on hyperscale data center and commercial construction projects across the USA. This is a working foreman role — you train technicians to do the work correctly, own daily execution, and ensure quality on large, fast-moving sites.

You will report to the Project Manager and manage crew productivity, materials, safety, and client-facing professionalism. Travel is 100% nationwide.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years hands-on low voltage or structured cabling installation experience.
• 1–2 years field leadership experience (Lead Technician/Foreman).
• Experience with hyperscale data center clients (AWS, Google, Microsoft, Meta).

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of low voltage technicians on hyperscale data center and commercial sites.
• Plan workforce: crew scheduling, labor tracking, timesheets, and contract worker coordination.
• Train technicians in installation methods, safety, and quality standards.
• Identify and address on-site personnel issues and escalate as needed.
• Own daily execution of structured cabling, fiber, and low voltage infrastructure.
