Job summary

LINX is seeking a skilled Low Voltage Foreman to lead onsite coordination and management for hyperscale data center projects. Reporting to the Project Manager, this role ensures projects are completed on time and within budget while maintaining high-quality standards.

You will oversee low voltage technician teams, manage work orders and checklists, and coordinate with customers, employees, subcontractors, and management to drive efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years low voltage/structured cabling experience
• 1–2 years in a field leadership role
• Strong preference for hyperscale data center experience
• Professional working proficiency in English
• Certifications: Level 1 OJT, BICSI certified tech, Confined Space (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Oversee project execution to meet technical, quality, cost and profitability objectives while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Manage workforce planning including hiring contract workers, tracking labor, timesheets, and addressing personnel issues.
• Lead and train teams with daily goals, supervision, and technical training for efficiency, quality and safety compliance.
• Monitor job progress, manage costs using tracking reports and Bluebeam, adjust crews and materials as needed.
• Maintain strong customer relationships with satisfaction, quality control and open communication at sites.
• Participate in pre- and post-bid meetings with Project Managers, Estimating and Sales teams.
• Track moves, adds and changes for job materials and labor with proper documentation and reporting.
• Oversee materials management including ordering, deliveries, and coordinating with the warehouse.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, HR and safety regulations and project documentation requirements.
• Conduct technical training to develop team skills and improve efficiency.
