Job summary

LINX is seeking a Low Voltage/Commercial Construction Foreman to lead crews on hyperscale data center and commercial projects across the USA. This working foreman role requires hands-on expertise, ability to train technicians, and ownership of daily execution on ground-floor work.

Reporting to the Project Manager, you’ll ensure productivity, quality, and professional client interactions on-site. Candidates should have 3–5 years in low voltage installation and 1–2 years in leadership, with travel

Qualifications

• 3–5 years hands-on low voltage or structured cabling installation experience across copper and fiber systems
• 1–2 years in a field leadership role
• Experience with hyperscale data center clients such as AWS, Google, Microsoft, Meta

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of low voltage technicians on hyperscale data center and commercial projects, setting daily goals and monitoring productivity
• Handle workforce planning, crew scheduling, timesheet completion, and coordination with contract workers
• Train technicians in installation methods, test equipment, safety procedures, and quality standards
• Identify personnel issues on-site and escalate when needed
• Own daily execution of structured cabling, fiber optic, and low voltage infrastructure scopes
• Monitor progress, track costs, and adjust crew deployment to protect timelines
• Manage moves, adds, and changes with proper documentation flows
• Oversee on-site materials management and deliveries
