Job summary

LINX is hiring a Low Voltage Superintendent to lead field operations on hyperscale data center and large-scale commercial construction projects across the United States. This senior role owns project quality, runs crews, and serves as the on-site problem-solver for clients and general contractors.

You will manage structured cabling, fiber, and related infrastructure, travel nationwide (100%), and ensure safety, testing, and documentation meet LINX standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years managing low voltage or structured cabling crews on commercial projects.
• Experience with hyperscale data center clients such as AWS, Google, Microsoft, Meta.
• Hands-on mastery of low voltage installation across structured cabling, fiber optic systems, and associated pathways; able to teach others.

Responsibilities

• Lead field crews on hyperscale data center and commercial projects.
• Own on-site execution from mobilization through close-out.
• Coordinate with GCs, owners, and clients; manage schedule and staffing.
• Ensure testing and documentation meet project and client standards.
• Maintain safety and OSHA compliance.
