Job summary

LINX is hiring a Low Voltage Superintendent to lead field operations on hyperscale data center, mission-critical, and large-scale commercial construction projects across the United States. This senior role will run crews, own project quality, and be the primary point of contact for clients and general contractors on-site.

You will manage structured cabling and fiber installations, supervise 20–50 technicians, and ensure testing and documentation meet high standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years managing low voltage or structured cabling crews on commercial construction projects.
• Experience with hyperscale data center clients such as AWS, Google, Microsoft, Meta, etc.
• Hands-on mastery of low voltage installation across structured cabling, fiber optic systems, and associated pathways.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise low voltage technicians and crew across medium to large-scale projects.
• Set daily and weekly crew priorities and manage staffing levels.
• Conduct on-the-job training covering installation methods and quality standards.
• Own on-site execution from mobilization through close-out.
• Represent LINX in project meetings with clients and GC partners.
