Job summary

LINX is hiring a Low Voltage Foreman to lead crews on hyperscale data center and commercial construction projects across the USA. This is a working foreman role with hands-on execution and daily leadership of a crew on site.

You will report to the Project Manager, ensure productivity, quality, and client-facing professionalism while managing materials and job progress. Must be willing to travel 100% across the USA.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands-on low voltage or structured cabling installation experience.
• 1–2 years in a field leadership role where you managed crews and quality.
• Experience with hyperscale data center clients such as AWS, Google, Microsoft, Meta.
• Ability to read construction documents and interpret project scope.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of low voltage technicians on hyperscale data center and commercial jobsites.
• Plan workforce, schedule crews, track time, and coordinate with contract workers.
• Train technicians in installation methods, safety, and quality standards.
• Identify on-site personnel issues and escalate when needed.
• Ensure daily execution, material staging, and customer-facing professionalism.
