Job summary

LINX is hiring a Low Voltage Superintendent to lead field operations on hyperscale data center, mission-critical, and large-scale commercial construction projects nationwide. 100% travel is required; you will run crews, own project quality, and be the go-to on-site problem solver.

Role emphasizes structured cabling, fiber, and pathways with hands-on expertise and safety leadership. You will supervise teams, coordinate with clients and GCs, and drive project success.

Qualifications

• 5+ years managing low voltage or structured cabling crews on commercial construction projects.
• Experience with hyperscale data center clients such as AWS, Google, Microsoft, Meta, etc.
• Hands-on mastery of low voltage installation across structured cabling, fiber optic systems, and associated pathways.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise low voltage technicians and leads across medium to large-scale projects.
• Set daily and weekly crew priorities, manage scheduling and staffing levels, and make real-time decisions on-site.
• Conduct hands-on technical training for technicians and leads.
• Own on-site execution from mobilization through close-out.
• Enforce LINX quality standards, customer contractual requirements, and project documentation.
• Represent LINX in project meetings with GCs, trade contractors, owners, and clients.
