Job summary

LINX is seeking a Low Voltage Foreman to lead crews on hyperscale data center and commercial construction projects across the USA. You will own the daily execution of complex structured cabling and fiber scopes on large, fast-moving jobsites.

You’ll train technicians, manage workforce and materials, uphold safety, and ensure LINX standards on every site while communicating effectively with clients and internal teams.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years hands-on low voltage or structured cabling installation experience
• 1–2 years in a field leadership role
• Experience with hyperscale data center clients such as AWS, Google, Microsoft, Meta

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of low voltage technicians on hyperscale data center and commercial construction jobsites—setting daily goals and managing productivity
• Handle workforce planning for projects—crew scheduling, labor tracking, timesheets, and coordination with contract workers
• Train technicians in installation methods, test equipment operation, safety procedures, and quality standards
• Identify and address personnel issues on-site and escalate to the Superintendent or PM when appropriate
• Own daily execution of structured cabling, fiber optics, and low voltage infrastructure scopes
• Monitor job progress against schedule, track costs using project reporting tools and Bluebeam, adjust crew deployment and material staging
• Manage Moves, Adds, and Changes (MACs) and ensure proper documentation flows to PM and estimating team
• Oversee on-site materials management—ordering supplies, coordinating deliveries, and ensuring materials are staged and accounted for
